Venturing up to the Lakes and fancy a trip out in the fells? H² can plan your adventure and take you on it. As well as a route you'll also get help with what kit, nutrition and liquid you need, how to fill up on the go, advice on using poles.
Have a big race coming up and want to explore the route? H² can take you out on a recce, as well as talking through race day questions like nutrition, pole use, kit and anything else that comes to mind!
1:1 coaching for approximately 1 hour, a session focused in on your training. H² will help you stick to the session plan, motivate you throughout, keep honest to the effort levels and understand them better as well as thoroughly warm up and down
